Rental Costs
The weekly rental costs include water, electricity and heating but do not include Linen hire.
The changeover day is Saturday and the weekly rental rates are:

Linen towels etc.
Guests are expected to provide their own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels. We provide 2 pillows per person (English style), blankets, duvets and tea towels.
Making a booking
If interested in making a booking please telephone or e-mail us first to check availability. You will then need to complete the booking form and return it to us together with a cheque for 50% of the cost of your holiday. The balance of the cost together with a security deposit of £300 is payable in full within 8 weeks of the commencement of your holiday.
Security / breakage deposit
A security / breakage deposit of £300 or 450 euros is payable together with the balance.
It is expected that guests will leave the house in the condition that they find it and any excess cleaning or breakages will be deducted from the security/ breakage deposit.

Cancellations
The booking deposit is non refundable. You are therefore advised to take out a travel insurance policy, which should cover you for loss of deposits.
Any cancellations of rentals received after the balance is paid will result in no refunds being made.
Discounted ferry tickets
We are able to offer you discounted prices on most ferries including Euro tunnel. Please ask for details at the time of making your booking.
