The property is located just 4 miles from the bustling city of Perigueux the capital of Perigord and 8 miles south of Brantome one of the most beautiful villages/towns in France and described as the ‘Venice of the Perigord.’

Getting there by Road
The house is approximately 300 miles from Caen
and St. Malo and can be reached by car in less than
eight hours.
By Rail
The property is an hour’s drive from Angouleme which is
a main line TGV station. (the TGV from Paris to
Angouleme takes just over two hours.) There is also a
train connection from Angouleme to Perigueux which
is only 4 miles away.
By Air
There are a number of budget airlines offering flights to
the area. Buzz, operating from Stanstead has flights
to Limoges (60 miles) and Bergerac (30 miles). Bordeaux
airport which is approximately 80 miles away is served by
BA as well as other budget airlines.
Rental Income
In 2002 the property produced substantial rental income.
